Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Wholesale Support Intern to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset, strong numerical skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in wholesale business and showroom environment. Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Manager Southern Europe, you will support day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and client interactions, working closely with the Wholesale and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Assist with order entry, confirmations, and client follow-ups
  • Manage daily client requests (e.g. product information, availability)
  • Support reorders and swaps: extract stock lists and format proposals
  • Assist with returns tracking and coordination
  • Follow up on Visual Merchandising (VM) activities for Franchise partners
  • Maintain and update internal databases

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track sell-through performance by account and region
  • Help compile monthly sales reports
  • Analyze sell-through data to identify trends, bestsellers, and slow movers
  • Upload and validate data on internal platforms (e.g. PreWarp)
  • Support the creation of ad-hoc sales presentations and decks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Business, Fashion Management or similar
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PPT
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and confident attitude
  • Previous experience in a showroom environment or client-facing role is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus

  • Commercially driven and proactive
  • Organized, precise, and comfortable working with numbers
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
  • A team player who interacts effectively with different departments (e.g. Customer Service)
  • Curious, energetic and eager to learn
