Roles & Objectives:
As an Intern you will be part of our Legal & Compliance Function and will be reporting to the Compliance Officer Italy. The position will be based in Crespellano (Bologna).
In your role, you will join the Legal and Compliance teams to gain a hands-on experience in implementing a Compliance framework and program across the two Italian affiliates and support the Legal Department in a variety of activities.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and monitoring Compliance Programs aligned with global and local regulations, including Italian Legislative Decree 231/01
- Contribute to the design and delivery of compliance communications and training initiatives, ensuring clear and effective messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and legal initiatives
- Review and help update internal documents both in English and Italian in line with company and legal standards
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics relevant to the department’s activities
- Monitor and update regulatory developments that may impact on the organization
- Provide general support to the Legal Department across a wide range of legal matters.
Who we’re looking for :
- Degree in Law, or final-year law student
- Advanced knowledge of Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in Italian
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work alone, in team
- Ability to handle confidential information
