Your responsibilities
You will be part of the HR team in Milan.
Being part of the Workforce and Organization analyst your activities will include:
- Headcount Planning and Reporting and consolidation at Group level
- Labor Cost Controlling and consolidation
- People Analytics
- Social sustainability controlling and reporting (e.g. Integrated Report, Sustainability Questionnaires)
- Acting as a point of reference for People Analytics across HR teams and for HQ Controlling/Finance/Sustainability teams
Your experiences
- Proven relevant working experience in similar roles
- Background in Finance/accounting is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
