We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Support & Warehouse Deputy to join our After Sales team in Carpi. Reporting to the Spare Parts Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our partners with technical and logistical spare parts inquiries, while contributing to the daily operations and workforce coordination of our warehouse.

This is a dynamic position that blends customer service, technical insight, and operational support—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

Spare Parts Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for inquiries related to spare parts pricing, availability, and technical specifications
  • Handle order processing, shipping, returns, and logistics coordination
  • Use technical drawings, exploded diagrams, and ERP tools to identify correct parts and suggest improvements to digital tools and processes
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Managers to manage spare parts lifecycle, including creation, updates, and obsolescence analysis

Warehouse Operations

  • Support daily warehouse activities including inbound/outbound material handling, stock monitoring, and kitting task assignment
  • Help prevent stockouts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist in parcel preparation during peak periods
  • Collect feedback from partners to identify cost-effective alternatives and share insights with Purchasing
  • Step in for the Warehouse Manager when needed to ensure continuity of service
