As a Lead Spare Parts Application Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of technical excellence, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, driving innovation and operational transformation across the organization.

Spare Parts Application Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of Spare Part Lists (SPIR) for both transactional and contractual customers, ensuring full compliance with project timelines, documentation standards, and customer-specific formats.

As Spare Parts Application Engineer you will be responsible to

• Deliver Spare Part Lists (SPIR) for transactional and contractual customers.
• Be partner with IET PM for 1st Supply SPIR emission, ensuring contract obligations in term of project timeline and customer requirements (VDR documentation, customer’s proprietary format)
• Support technical discussion on spare parts with customers and EPC, addressing customers technical concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product guidance and define technical solutions to fulfill customer needs.
• Be involved in initiatives inside SALT team aimed to improve asset data quality and support process/tools improvement, bringing efficiency and productivity.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Some experience or internship in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or industrial equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings
• Knowledge of the main spare parts composing turbomachines, their conceptual functioning and their impact/need on maintenance activities.
• Strong interest in customer service and technical problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn about Service-BOM and SPIR processes and tools.
• Capable of taking risks, to quickly pivot, learn and move on
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Interest in data-driven decision making.
• Interest in coding development (Python and/or Microsoft Power Platform)
